  • How do I book my first appointment?

  • Who will be cleaning my home?
    All employees have received extensive training and have undergone background checks. You can visit our About Us page to learn more and Meet our Staff.
  • Will the cleaners bring their cleaning supplies, products, and equipment?
    Yes, all of the cleaners at TJ's Affordable Cleaning Services bring their own supplies, but you can ask them to use yours instead.
  • Will the Cleaners move furniture while cleaning?
    Unfortunately, we cannot move any furniture or kitchen appliances due to the safety of your cleaner and company and insurance policies. This helps protect our cleaners from injury and your furniture and valuables from being damaged.
  • How will I know when to expect my cleanings?
    We remind you via text message the day before your cleaning and via email the day before. We will give you a two-hour window time and a 30-minute text when the cleaners are on their way.
  • Do I have to be home during the Cleaning?
    It is not required that you be there. Most of our clients would rather have us clean while running errands or going to work. They give us access, and everything is spotless when they return to their house or place of work.
