I used this service for my home I'm selling and I was out out of town at the time of this service. He followed instructions well as far as gaining entry into the home and securing it upon leaving. The home was cleaned thoroughly and he did exactly what I ask for with no push back or additional charges. Although the price was a little more than I was expecting to pay for an empty home, it was well worth it and I highly recommend! You get what you pay for.
